I have been in the industry for over 40 years, and I have never experienced working for a company like Enertech that has such great core values. You always hear employees come into the company and state that they have never worked for a company that cares the way Enertech does about safety and their employees. I’ve been in the position of Field Safety Inspector at Enertech for 4 years, and it is truly rewarding to have the opportunity to witness people improve and grow with the company. There is a great talent base here and I am continually impressed with how each Division at Enertech operates and upholds safety as our core value.

I have been very blessed over the past 17 years to work with a company that truly values Family! I am thankful for the continued opportunities I have had to be an asset to the company throughout these years. Enertech treats their employees like family and in turn that makes me want to give my very best back to them. The people that I work with are incredible! Enertech finds the right people and teaches them skills needed to be successful in their careers.

A few aspects of Enertech that are important to me is that the company is truly safety-oriented and cares about you and your family. Through my 7 years of employment, I have been given opportunities for growth in my career and I appreciate how the management team genuinely takes time to listen and support the goals you have for yourself.

I’ve been blessed with 11 years of comradery & great companions. The people around me are what makes this work enjoyable, and I also love a good challenge.

Never a dull moment there’s always something new to learn and someone willing to teach you. Everything in the industry is always changing.

CMS is my home away from home. I’ve had the opportunity to be with a company that has become an extended family. There is no place I would rather be working and I plan to spend many years to come with CMS.

I found a home where I love to be! The greatest people that anyone could ever have the pleasure to work with and call family. Legacy does not feel like a job to me, it is a family working in sync to help provide for each other and our community.

The best part of my workday is the people. We have amazing people that work here.  Makes it awesome to work through long days.  Best parts of the day are laughing with the guys, even on tough days there’s always people who brighten my day, and I return the favor!

I love the variety of work.  The cool places we get to see, from Orcas Island, WA to Hood River, OR.  My favorite part of the day is in the morning at the shop before work, catching up with the all the other folks and swapping stories.

I love earlier morning hours, coffee in hand, watching sun come up, sitting with new hand passing whatever I know to them. Working with hands, keeping a touch of humor with everyone to enjoy the day on the Tower. I am 63 years old and still enjoy grabbing my belt and climbing upstairs. I wouldn’t change a thing, I would do it all over again with the same people.

I truly enjoy what I do, having some of the best bosses in Jim & Pat Miller. They created an amazing, loyal company that I truly care about. Because I have always worked around steel, building with steel all my life is my passion. The best part of my day is coming home safely, a good day clicking with the crew, and the feeling of being productive.

Several years ago I came into this industry out of curiosity. Had always been fascinated in how these towers were erected. I had the extremely good fortune of stumbling across Jim Miller who was short handed in a start up company with his wife, Pat. Their commitment to the employees as they dealt with the challenges of growing a company through the intense evolution this industry has taken is what most impresses me.  It has been a pleasure in that, to me, it as much a family environment as a company.

I love doing what I do because It brings me a sense of gratification knowing that I am a part of a team that is not only trusted but in most cases requested to deploy new cutting edge telecommunications equipment in some of the most prestigious venues across the country.

Being here at Mountain for 21 years, this is my family. I’ve helped build this company. I’m so proud the be part of something so great and amazing.  I sincerely want the people that come through these doors to be proud of where they work and what they do, I am!

I truly enjoy being able to pass on what I have learned and sharing in the growth of others I have the privilege to train.
